Clark is a Senior Consultant and Project Manager dedicated to leading our clients through ever-evolving challenges. He has over 26 years of production, finance, and maintenance management experience, and is proficient in LEAN manufacturing initiatives with demonstrable skills in streamlining operations, continuous improvement for operational efficiency and increasing productivity output. Clark worked in the United States Air Force for 24 years where he managed resource activities for wide-ranging teams, establishing control procedures to meet production goals. He has a thorough knowledge of business continuity practices, and has led the design and development of various standards for exercising business continuity plans. Clark manages the business continuity plans of several regional commercial banks and has performed a business impact analysis and risk analysis for a regional health network.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Wilmington University, and is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) through Disaster Recovery Institute and globally recognized accreditation Member Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) certification through the Business Continuity Institute. He also holds an ITIL Foundation certification.

Clark joined the Weidenhammer team in 2013 and is recognized as a thought leader, especially in the area of business continuity, where he has contributed blogs and presentations on the subject.

Clark’s favorite part of working at Weidenhammer is the sense of family among team members. He is a positive person who believes in the Abraham Lincoln mantra, “the best way to predict the future is to create it.”
