Don leads the Professional Engineering Services Team, manages the relationship with Cisco and other partners, and works with sales and engineering teams in the design, implementation, and support services delivered by the Hammer Tech business unit. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and holds over 6 different Cisco networking certifications. When not working, Don enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and sailing.
