Matt manages and oversees projects and support related to our hosting and managed solutions customers. He holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Alvernia University. One of his favorite quotes comes from Albert Einstein who said: “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” Outside of work, he enjoys playing piano, snowboarding, and golfing whenever possible.

Joe’s main goal in Product Support is to be highly interactive with clients by providing exceptional customer experience around product procurement, license management, end-of-support infrastructure, and support contract management. He is a proud Penn State University alum, where he received a B.S. in Finance. When not in the office, Joe can be found volunteering to help people with disabilities.

Gina enjoys working with her clients to grow, secure, and streamline their businesses by leveraging technology in her role as an Account Executive. She holds a BS in Business Management from Robert Morris University and holds certifications in IBM Cloud and IoT. When not working, Gina enjoys volunteering in her community, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Alex specializes in sales, and is certified in Microsoft, Cisco, Veeam, and VMware, just to name a few. He enjoys helping businesses grow by identifying and integrating new technologies that leverage their digital assets to drive improved customer experiences. When not working, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, music, and being at the shore.

As a Systems Engineer on the Hammer Tech team, Bob Finn brings years of experience working with company servers to ensure clients can quickly and easily access the information they need to keep their operations thriving. When not at work, Bob enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandson, whose football and baseball teams he coached for years.

Brad specializes in assisting clients with technical support issues. He has a BS in Computer Information Systems from Alvernia University, an Associate Specialized Technology – Network/Internet Professional from Berks Technical Institute, and is A+ certified. When not working, Bradley enjoys traveling and golf.

As an Account Executive, Jon focuses on helping clients reduce their burden, stay secure, and improve access to the power the latest IT solutions offer. Jon leverages his robust knowledge of the telecommunications and software industries to ensure clients get the best solution to fit their needs. Outside of work, Jon enjoys playing music, camping, hiking, and spending time with his kids.

Kurt is an Operational Analyst and assists our Hammer Tech team with daily operational productivity. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in business Administration. When not at work, Kurt loves to spend time with his family and friends, watch his daughter play lacrosse and basketball, hang out at the Delaware beaches, and spend time with the coolest ‘dood’ he knows, his Goldendoodle Lincoln.

As a Security Analyst, Jack works diligently to install, monitor, and maintain the security platform solutions for our clients. He finds joy in being able to collaborate closely with co-workers to develop the best possible solutions. He holds a BS in Cyber Security Analytics and Operations and a CompTIA Security+ Certification. While not working on projects, Jack spends his time playing golf, video games, exercising, and rooting for Philly sports teams. Go Birds and Phills.

Patrick Pinto joined Hammer Tech as a Senior Azure Engineer after spending 18 years working at a civil engineering firm as a Systems Administrator and Networker Manager. Patrick has extensive experience working in Azure with multiple certifications issued by Microsoft and years of experience working in virtual environments to ensure organizations are running optimally. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys staying active, playing the drums, and spending time with his family.

As a Senior Systems Engineer on the Hammer Tech team, Doug focuses on helping our clients with their infrastructure and Cloud environments. He likes to remind himself of this quote by Colin Powell – “A dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work.” When not at work, Doug loves to spend his time surrounded by family, friends, and their family dogs.

Erik has been with Weidenhammer since 2000 and enjoys assisting clients with hosted server and application framework needs. 

As a Service Desk Analyst, Tahjay leverages years of customer service and system administration experience to assist clients with their managed hosting solutions. Tahjay holds an Associate’s degree from Berks Technical Institute in Specialized Technology. While not at work, Tahjay enjoys fishing, gaming, as well as watching and playing basketball.

Jason specializes in configuring and maintaining security solutions for our clients. He has an AS in Information Systems Security from ITT-Tech and is certified in CCNA and CMNA. Jason enjoys working with a great team and believes you “[shouldn’t] sweat the small stuff”

As a member of the Solutions Delivery team, Leo brings over 25 years of experience working on Cloud-based solutions in Microsoft and Linux environments. He’s certified in Microsoft 365 and as an Azure Solutions Architect expert, Leo used his skills to design and implement complex IT infrastructure for international companies and banks. When not at work, Leo enjoys running, hiking, and martial arts.

Jeffrey provides IBM and Windows server support for Hosting and Managed Services clients. He has an associate degree from Reading Area Community College and is IBMi Administration certified. Outside of work, he loves to play the guitar (acoustic, electric and ukulele) and write/record music.

Joe has been with Weidenhammer since 2007 and specializes in hosting and managed services. He attended County College of Morris Computer Learning Center and loves working for a company filled with employees that care. Outside of work, he takes pride in raising two accomplished daughters with his wife, and he enjoys landscape photography with a concentration on farms and car shows.

Laurrie enjoys providing clients with support services, with an emphasis in computer and server support, whether it be new user accounts, O365 administration and issues, technical support, or computer builds. She is HDI Certified-HDI Support Center Analyst. Laurrie enjoys spending time with her family, attending events with friends, gardening, and yard saling.

Lee’s main goal is to help clients be successful in the cloud, while focusing on Linux based solutions. He is a Red Hat Certified System Administrator and a GIAC Certified Firewall Analyst. Lee received his BA in Information Systems in the Sigmund Weis School of Business (AACSB) at Susquehanna University.

Lovi assists the Product Support team and sales executives with Cisco product quoting, Cisco service contract renewals, and many other responsibilities. One of her favorite Confucius sayings to live by is: “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” When not working, Lovi enjoys traveling, fitness, and many other hobbies. She is also fluent in two languages.

Marcus specializes in assisting clients with digital solutions and implementation. He is Microsoft Fundamentals certified and graduated from Saint Joseph’s University. Marcus really likes that Weidenhammer constantly looks out for the client’s best interests, which will lead to long-lasting relationships. Outside of work, Marcus produces music, participates in the Philadelphia Half-Marathon, and can solve a Rubik’s Cube!

Nicholas plans, coordinates, migrates, and maintains client on-premises and M365 environments. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Nick believes that a positive interaction with others lays the groundwork for success in all branches of life. When not working, he enjoys spending time with this family while camping, hiking, boating, crabbing, fishing, and has finally taken an interest in golfing.

Rebecca works with various internal departments, distributors, and clients to provide pricing, quoting, technical support, and purchasing. She also manages all non-Cisco support renewal business for our clients, as well as Meraki. Rebecca strives to provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients and vendors. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, shopping, and watching true life documentaries.

Nick specializes in implementing and supporting unified communication solutions. He studied Applied Networking and Systems Administration at Rochester Institute of Technology and is certified in Cisco CCNA Collaboration Video Specialist. When not working, Nick enjoys playing tennis and golf, and is a big Buffalo Bills fan.

Roger specializes in monitoring, building, designing, patching and troubleshooting for clients, as well as for corporate networks. He graduated from Delaware County Community College in the Computer Learning Center, and is certified in CCNP, CCNP /S, CMNA, Network+, and A+.

Rick is a Senior Consultant for our Hammer Tech team. He has been with Weidenhammer for over three decades. Rick is a graduate of McCann School of Business and Lehigh Data Institute and a member of the Managed Service Provider University (MSPU). Holding numerous systems certifications with IBM, and manufacturing consulting certifications with MAPICS and APICS, he has earned Sales Professional and Technical Sales Professional certifications with VMware.

Vince has been with the Weidenhammer team since 1982 and takes pride in assisting clients with networking and security solutions. He believes in doing what is right for the customer and finding the perfect solutions to fulfill their needs. Vince has multiple Bachelor of Science degrees in Management Advisor Service, MIS, and in Accounting; as well as certifications in CCNA Route/Switching, CCNA Wireless, CCNA Security.

Robert designs, proposes, and implements an array of hardware and software solutions. He has an associate degree in Digital Technology and is a Certified Meraki Networking Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate, Veeam Sales Professional (VMSP), Veeam Technical Sales Professional (VMTSP) and HyperFlex for Systems Engineers certified. Robert has been with Weidenhammer since 1998, and his favorite part is meeting new clients and helping them fulfill their technology needs.

Rick has been part of the Weidenhammer team for 25 years with 50 plus years’ experience in IT. Rick values every collaboration he has had–whether it be with fellow colleagues or clients while honoring Weidenhammer’s values. He is certified in multiple disciplines such as ITIL Foundations certification and Telecom Expense Management, just to name a few. Rick is a proud University of Michigan alum and a skilled trumpet player.

Rick is Operations Director and has more than 30 years of leadership experience in business management. He manages the Project Management Office and internal operations around project management and reporting. Rick is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He has a degree in Finance from Villanova University and a MBA in Finance from Drexel University.
